Back in Genoa after twenty-five years to attend the funeral of his youth’s best friend, Luca meets again his old companions from that time. Everyone seems convinced that the death is the predictable outcome of a life of excesses; everyone except Luca, who wants to clarify, investigate, understand. Digging into memory, and in a city changed as much as he has, he will bring back ghosts and truths that seemed buried, along with his true nature, which he thought he had tamed forever.
